Elder's Journey is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work within our Human Resources team in Columbus. Our company provides personal care services that enables clients to remain living in their homes safely. Looking for a dedicated and compassionate HR professional that wants to know what they do every day positively affects the lives of others. Job Duties

  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with ISDH regulations
  • Candidate sourcing and interviewing caregiving applicants
  • Coordinates new hire orientation 
  • Answer phones

Qualifications:

  • One year experience in office setting human resources
  • On year experience in human resources function preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
